Award Opportunity

Idaho HOSA is proud to present its newest award opportunity! 

The Distinguished Chapter Award recognizes chapters that have truly gone above and beyond to exemplify HOSA’s core values: Learn, Lead, Serve, Innovate. 

Throughout the year, every chapter will get the opportunity to complete tasks that fall under 6 different key traits that every well-rounded chapter should practice. These include leadership, fundraising, participation, competition, membership, and community. Tasks are aimed to show that chapters have shown a level of excellence in these areas and can include anything from hosting fun fundraisers to attending leadership training.

            Chapters can complete and log tasks anytime between May 2025 to January 2026. In January, a Google Form will be sent out that asks chapters to report how and when they completed each task.

            Any chapter that has met all the qualifications will then be awarded a personalized chapter banner with their chapter’s name on it at the 2026 State Leadership Conference.

            We hope that this award will encourage each chapter to grow and reach for excellence in all that they do! We’re excited to spotlight the chapters that really let their HOSA colors shine during the 2025-2026 year!
